A reputable Medical Center in Abu Dhabi is looking for a dedicated and organized HR & Admin Assistant to join its growing team. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in human resources and office administration who can efficiently support daily HR operations and administrative activities.
The successful candidate will assist with HR processes, maintain employee records, provide administrative support, and contribute to a productive work environment. Candidates with strong organizational skills and knowledge of UAE employment practices are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily HR and administrative operations.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and administrative processes.
• Coordinate office administration and internal communications.
• Prepare reports and maintain organized filing systems.
• Provide administrative support to management and various departments.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in HR and administrative functions.
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
