These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Semasocial (semasocial.com), our mobile app, and related services (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Services. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain only one account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Semasocial a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and use it in connection with the Services.

Paid features (e.g., Premium subscriptions) are non-refundable except as required by law. Prices may change with notice.
The Services, logos, and underlying software are owned by Semasocial or licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer them.
Services are provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for user content/transactions. Maximum liability is limited to amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months (or $100 if none).
We may suspend or terminate access for violations. Upon termination, your license ends, but certain provisions survive (e.g., content license, disclaimers).
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
