HealthBay Clinics is expanding its team in Dubai and is looking for an experienced Facility Executive to support healthcare facility operations and maintenance activities. This role is suitable for professionals with UAE healthcare experience and knowledge of managing facility-related functions within a regulated healthcare environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating facility operations, maintaining compliance with healthcare standards, managing vendors, and ensuring smooth daily operations across the clinic facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support day-to-day healthcare facility operations and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility-related requirements.
• Ensure facility services are maintained according to operational standards.
• Monitor maintenance activities and follow up on pending issues.
• Support compliance with DHA and other healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Maintain facility records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a safe and efficient healthcare environment.
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of UAE healthcare experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare facility operations and maintenance procedures.
• Familiarity with DHA regulations and healthcare compliance requirements.
• Experience in vendor coordination and facility management activities.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple facility-related tasks efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of:

• DHA requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Vendor management, facility documentation, and operational coordination.
