Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee attendance and HR records
- Assist in payroll and leave administration
- Handle employee relations and HR documentation
- Support training and performance evaluation activities
Requirements
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Knowledge of UAE Labor Law is an advantage
