Fitness Champs Aquatics Dubai is expanding its team and is seeking passionate and dedicated professionals to join its growing swim academy. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about aquatic education, fitness training, and delivering exceptional learning experiences for swimmers of all ages.
The organization is currently hiring for Head Coach, Swim Coaches, and Lifeguards. Successful candidates will contribute to maintaining high coaching standards, ensuring water safety, and supporting the development of swimmers in a structured and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality swimming coaching sessions for individuals and groups.
• Supervise and ensure safety standards in all aquatic environments.
• Develop training programs to improve swimming skills and performance.
• Monitor and assess swimmer progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a safe, disciplined, and encouraging learning environment.
• Support the academy in delivering excellent customer experience and service standards.
• Follow all lifeguarding protocols and emergency response procedures where applicable.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in swimming coaching or lifeguarding is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in swimming instruction or lifeguarding.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for aquatic education and sports development.
• Ability to work with children and adults of varying skill levels.
• Strong understanding of water safety and emergency procedures.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Swimming techniques, coaching methods, and aquatic training programs.
• Lifeguarding safety standards and emergency response protocols.
• Sports coaching principles and swimmer development strategies.
