Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customized facials, skin therapies, and aesthetic treatments that match each client’s needs and comfort level.
• Analyze skin type, current condition, and possible contraindications before beginning any service.
• Run in-depth consultations to understand beauty goals, daily habits, prior treatments, and expected results.
• Guide clients on aftercare, home skincare routines, and long-term maintenance so results last between visits.
• Recommend suitable retail skincare, cosmetic products, and treatment packages based on individual skin profiles.
• Apply strict cleaning, sterilization, and sanitation steps to tools, devices, work surfaces, and treatment rooms before and after every appointment.
• Keep confidential consultation cards, medical notes, treatment records, product details, and progress updates accurate and current; adjust plans when feedback shows a need.
• Monitor treatment-room supplies and alert the team when items need replenishing; stay informed about new beauty trends, ingredients, and aesthetic technology.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in aesthetics, beauty therapy, cosmetology, or a closely related field.
• At least three years of direct experience performing skincare, facial, and spa treatments; work in high-end salons, medical spas, or pharmacy-based beauty environments is preferred.
• Solid technical skill in modern facial techniques, skin analysis, product ingredient knowledge, and aesthetic equipment care.
• Confidence assessing skin concerns and advising clients in a clear, persuasive, service-focused manner.
• Strong listening, relationship-building, and customer care abilities.
• Strict adherence to hygiene, sterilization, client safety, and industry health and safety rules for machines and chemical products.
• Professional presentation, sharp attention to detail, and a positive attitude in a client-facing setting.
