UI/UX Designer

Reef Developments is seeking a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join its growing team in Dubai. This role offers an exciting opportunity to design premium digital experiences that reflect the quality and innovation of the company’s luxury real estate projects.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, visually engaging interfaces for web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

• Conduct user research, develop user personas, and map customer journeys.

• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity user interface designs.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and development teams throughout the design process.

• Maintain and enhance the company’s design system while ensuring brand consistency.

• Conduct usability testing, gather user feedback, and continuously improve designs.

• Ensure responsive design principles and accessibility standards are followed.

• Contribute creative ideas that enhance user experience and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of proven experience in UI/UX design.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating the complete design process.

• Proficiency in Figma; knowledge of Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop is an advantage.

• Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.

• Experience in real estate, luxury brands, or property technology is preferred.

• Currently based in the UAE and available to join soon.

Strong knowledge of:
