Description:
A growing catering company in the UAE is seeking a talented and experienced Head Baker to lead its bakery operations. This role is ideal for a skilled bakery professional with strong leadership abilities, excellent knowledge of artisan bread production, and experience managing large-scale bakery operations.
The successful candidate will oversee daily bakery activities, maintain production quality, manage the bakery team, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products. Candidates currently available in the UAE with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage overall bakery operations.
• Supervise bakery staff and ensure efficient workflow.
• Develop and produce artisan bread and bakery products.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
• Manage high-volume bakery production while meeting operational targets.
• Train and guide team members to improve performance and productivity.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Head Baker or senior bakery professional.
