Ramp is seeking a Virtual Events Associate to support the planning and execution of engaging online events, webinars, and workshops. This role is ideal for a highly organized and creative professional who enjoys working with marketing, sales teams, external partners, and event technologies to deliver impactful virtual experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute virtual events that support lead generation and brand growth.
• Coordinate event platforms, speaker preparation, promotional materials, live event execution, and post-event activities.
• Manage event promotions through email campaigns, social media, and partner channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams and speakers to organize event content and materials.
• Track event performance metrics and use insights to improve future campaigns.
• Work with external vendors and partners to deliver high-quality virtual experiences.
• Support post-event activities including content repurposing, lead follow-up, reporting, and sales enablement.
Requirements:
• Experience in demand generation marketing, field marketing, event management, or similar roles within startups, technology, or SaaS companies.
• Ability to independently manage multiple virtual events and marketing programs.
• Experience using project management tools such as Notion or Asana.
• Familiarity with virtual event platforms and marketing tools such as Salesforce, Goldcast, HubSpot, ON24, GTW, or similar systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with design tools such as Canva or Figma for creating promotional materials.
• Ability to use AI tools to improve workflows and solve business challenges.
