Traveller’s Choice Travel & Tourism L.L.C. is hiring an experienced Visa Sales & Operations professional to join its Dubai team. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in visa processing, sales operations, and managing visa applications for different nationalities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling visa-related operations, coordinating with agents and travel agencies, processing applications, and ensuring smooth follow-up throughout the visa service process. Candidates must currently be based in the UAE and have relevant industry experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage visa sales and daily operational activities.
• Handle visa applications for different nationalities and ensure accurate processing.
• Coordinate with visa-selling agents and travel agencies across the UAE.
• Perform visa application typing, posting, tracking, and follow-ups using Ninthware.
• Maintain accurate records and provide updates on visa application progress.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with partners and clients.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1+ year of relevant UAE/Dubai experience in Visa Sales & Operations.
• Practical knowledge of visa processing and handling applications for different nationalities.
• Strong business relationships with visa-selling agents and travel agencies across the UAE.
• Complete working knowledge of Ninthware, including typing, posting, application processing, tracking, and follow-ups.
• Must be currently based in the UAE.
• Indian nationality only.

• Ninthware visa processing system
• Application tracking and customer coordination
