The successful candidate will provide personal assistance to the Principal, oversee household operations, coordinate domestic staff, and ensure an outstanding hospitality experience for residents and guests. Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a trusted Personal Assistant to the Principal.
• Coordinate packing and unpacking arrangements for travel.
• Organize and maintain wardrobes, including inventory management.
• Manage bathroom amenities, supplies, and inventory.
• Welcome guests and provide exceptional hospitality and personalized service.
• Coordinate private dinners, events, flower arrangements, and catering services.
• Oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of the household.
• Supervise and coordinate housekeepers and domestic staff.
• Maintain the highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Butler in a VIP, VVIP, UHNW, or private household.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional presentation and exceptional service etiquette.
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple household operations.
• Verifiable employment references are required.
