Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions for customers as well as the company’s technical and sales teams.
- Achieve training targets set for each customer.
- Develop the annual training calendar in collaboration with Area Sales Managers.
- Evaluate and update the training calendar on a quarterly basis.
- Partner with Area Sales Officers to identify training needs for painters, carry out site visits, and address complaints within their regions.
- Collaborate with Business Development Officers to recruit, engage, and support painters in the company’s loyalty program.
- Maintain and manage all product training records.
- Provide feedback based on insights gathered from painters regarding company products and overall market trends.
- Design, update, and review product training materials and modules.
- Perform any additional responsibilities assigned as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree/ Diploma in chemical engineering, analytical chemistry, or related field
- 3+ years of previous working experience in in quality control in a similar industry.
- Must have a clean, active & valid driver’s license, with at least 2 years’ hands-on (practical) experience.
- Willingness to work & live in the coastal region [Mombasa]
