Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or Social Work
- Example: B.Ed. in Guidance & Counseling, BA/BSc Psychology, or Social Work
- Registered with relevant professional body (e.g., KPCA)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in school counseling
- Must be a saved and practicing Christian
Skills & Competencies:
- Student guidance, career counseling, and emotional support
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to provide individual and group counseling sessions
- Collaborates effectively with teachers, parents, and support staff
