Role Overview
As an Implementation Consultant, you will guide new PEO clients from initial onboarding through system setup, training, and transition into ongoing service. You will coordinate client requirements, employee data, and internal teams so payroll and HR operations can begin with accurate information and a clear implementation plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation projects for new PEO clients, tracking activities and keeping clients informed from kickoff to transition.
- Collect client requirements and translate them into appropriate PEO solution settings.
- Act as the main client contact during implementation, answering questions and resolving setup issues.
- Review employee import files and reports for completeness and accuracy, following up on discrepancies.
- Complete basic PrismHR configuration, including setup of departments, worksites, and divisions.
- Arrange onboarding calls and implementation meetings with clients and internal partners.
- Deliver training to help clients use the system and prepare transition communications and required reports.
- Maintain implementation tasks in Client Space and collaborate with Sales, Client Relations, Payroll, and Operations to keep work on schedule and improve processes.
Requirements & Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in client implementation, client onboarding, HR operations, or a related field.
- Required experience supporting US payroll and working directly with clients.
- Experience coordinating work across multiple stakeholders or cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Careful, analytical approach to employee data review, issue resolution, and implementation tasks.
- Ability to organize competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and employee data management; familiarity with reporting and case management tools such as Client Space is useful.
- PEO experience and hands-on use of PrismHR are preferred.
