Majan is hiring for several key positions that support its business operations, customer engagement, and supply chain functions. Candidates with relevant experience and a strong willingness to learn and adapt are encouraged to apply.
Open Positions:
- Sales Coordinator (Candidates with printing and packaging industry experience will be preferred)
- Customer Service Coordinator
- Logistics Coordinator
- Purchase Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily operations related to the assigned role, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors to maintain strong working relationships
• Support departmental activities including sales coordination, customer service handling, logistics planning, or procurement processes
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting as required by the respective department
• Ensure timely completion of tasks while adhering to company standards and procedures
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline (minimum 13 years of formal education)
• At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar role
• Strong command of English communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Willingness to relocate or reside in company-provided accommodation in Ras Al Khaimah
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities effectively
