Description:
China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) – Dubai Branch is currently hiring a detail-oriented and reliable Timekeeper to support its ongoing infrastructure and construction projects. This role is critical in ensuring accurate tracking of workforce attendance and smooth coordination between site teams and administrative departments. Candidates with prior experience in Dubai-based construction projects will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain daily attendance records for site staff, laborers, and subcontractors
• Prepare and regularly update timesheets, overtime records, and manpower reports
• Coordinate effectively with site supervisors, HR, payroll, and administration teams
• Monitor workforce activities including attendance, absences, late arrivals, and leave tracking
• Ensure all documentation related to salaries, overtime, and payroll processing is accurate and up to date
• Organize and maintain proper filing systems for attendance sheets, approvals, and related records
• Provide support in general site administration tasks when required
Qualifications:
• Previous experience working as a Timekeeper in construction or infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of attendance management, timesheets, and overtime calculations
• Basic computer proficiency, especially in MS Excel
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Capability to work on-site and manage workforce attendance efficiently
• Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred
