Becon UAE is looking for a skilled and dependable Accountant to join its growing team. This opportunity is ideal for finance professionals with UAE accounting experience who can effectively manage compliance requirements, maintain accurate financial records, and support business operations with sound financial guidance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling VAT, Corporate Tax, payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting while communicating professionally with clients and providing practical recommendations to improve financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and payroll processes in compliance with local regulations.
• Prepare budgets, monitor cash flow, and maintain accurate financial reports.
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding financial and compliance matters.
• Review expenses and recommend cost-saving measures where appropriate.
• Support management by providing reliable financial analysis and practical recommendations.
Requirements:
• UAE experience in accounting, VAT, Corporate Tax, payroll, and finance management.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive approach to work.
• Ability to analyze expenses and recommend practical cost-control measures.
• Strong knowledge of:
• UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations
• Payroll processing and financial reporting
• Budgeting, cash flow management, and accounting principles
