Description:
KEE Design & Build Interior Decoration LLC is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join its team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in interior fit-out projects who can accurately prepare cost estimates, manage quantities, and support tendering activities.
The successful candidate will play a key role in project costing and estimation while working closely with internal teams to ensure competitive and accurate project proposals. UAE-based applicants with relevant industry experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and detailed cost estimates.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Assist in tender preparation, pricing, and bid submissions.
• Evaluate interior fit-out materials, supplier quotations, and project costs.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate budgeting and timely project delivery.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Mid-level experience in FF&E and Interior Fit-Out projects.
• Strong expertise in quantity take-off, costing, BOQ preparation, estimation, and tendering.
• Good understanding of interior fit-out materials, specifications, and supplier networks.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• UAE-based applicants are preferred. Applications from outside the UAE will not be considered.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Quantity surveying and cost estimation
• BOQ preparation and tendering
• Interior fit-out materials and project costing
