Key Performance Areas
Strategic Sales & Business Growth

Identify and penetrate new market segments to consistently grow the customer base and hit monthly KPIs.

Promote the full product range to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors within Eastleigh and surrounding trade hubs.

Conduct regular, high-impact market visits to maintain brand visibility and ensure products are optimally positioned on shelves.

Use negotiation and closing techniques to secure favorable terms and long-term supply agreements.
Customer Excellence & Digital Engagement

Build and manage a robust portfolio of accounts, ensuring maximum client satisfaction and repeat business.

Utilize WhatsApp marketing, social media, and online marketplaces to generate fresh leads and boost product awareness.

Professionalize the handling of customer feedback and inquiries to maintain a superior brand reputation.

Support integrated online campaigns to drive traffic toward physical and digital sales channels.
Market Analytics & Operational Reporting

Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and evolving customer preferences to provide management with actionable insights.

Prepare meticulous daily and weekly sales reports, tracking everything from order placement to final payment collection.

Requirements & Competencies
Professional Background

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or a related business field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Executive specifically within the FMCG industry.

Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed aggressive sales targets in previous roles.

Digital Literacy: Basic understanding of digital marketing tools for lead generation (Social Media, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
