Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Girl to maintain cleanliness and provide basic office support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness of office premises including pantry, meeting rooms, and workstations.
- Ensure proper arrangement of meeting rooms before and after meetings.
- Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and basic documentation work.
- Assist in distributing documents and office supplies.
- Monitor and manage pantry supplies; inform admin when stock is low.
- Dispose of trash and maintain hygiene standards.
- Support administrative staff with basic clerical tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum high school education.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Good hygiene and neat appearance.
- Basic communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Honest, punctual, and trustworthy.
