Job Description
REF: KTCM/VOL D/M/26-1 POSITION
JOB DESCRIPTION (Duties & Responsibilities)
- Conduct training sessions in specific areas of specialization.
- Develop technical teaching/training materials and prepare timely professional records.
- Maintain accurate student records to monitor progress, achievements, and attendance.
- Instruct, guide, evaluate, and supervise trainees during practical exercises and industrial attachments.
- Participate actively in the development of curricula and training programs
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Mortuary Science from a recognized institution.
- Minimum two (2) years of practical experience in training, teaching, or industry-related roles.
- Ability to train TVET CDACC curriculum effectively.
- Valid TVETA Trainer License (registration with TVETA) and a pedagogy training certificate will be an added advantage.
