Role Overview
This position sits at the intersection of primary research and executive relationship building, supporting international studies across the technology and healthcare services sectors. On a typical day you will be on the phone or in writing with hospital administrators, clinicians, insurers, and senior industry figures, drawing out the kind of first-hand insight that cannot be found in published reports. Roughly half of your time goes toward proactive outreach — finding the right healthcare professionals, persuading them to take part, and keeping them engaged — which makes you the engine that keeps each research project supplied with credible voices.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct in-depth interviews and discovery conversations with executives, directors, and subject-matter experts in the healthcare field.
- Capture, organise, and interpret qualitative findings gathered across multiple research workstreams, turning raw conversations into usable insight.
- Source and qualify potential participants through structured outreach by phone, email, and sustained follow-up.
- Identify and approach decision-makers at hospitals, clinics, provider groups, and insurance organisations to secure their participation.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with healthcare institutions and providers so they remain willing contacts for future studies.
- Keep CRM and research systems current, with clean, complete, and traceable records of every interaction.
- Work alongside Research and Outreach colleagues to keep projects on schedule and aligned with client objectives.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Professional-level fluency in English, German, and French, both spoken and written.
- Two to four years of experience in a field such as market research, customer success or a call-centre service environment, account management, stakeholder engagement, or outreach and business development.
- Demonstrated comfort running interviews, discovery calls, consultations, or comparable professional conversations with clients and industry leaders.
- Strong written communication and documentation skills, with the ability to record and manage information accurately.
- Excellent organisation and a meticulous eye for detail.
- Confidence engaging senior executives and high-level stakeholders directly.
- Preferred: background in healthcare, health technology, or a market research setting.
- Preferred: hands-on experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
- Preferred: prior exposure to hospitals, clinics, healthcare providers, or insurance companies.
The person who thrives here is naturally curious and analytical, highly organised, an easy and persuasive communicator, and genuinely interested in building professional relationships across borders. If you enjoy asking the right questions, surfacing strategic insight, and working directly with healthcare leaders in an international setting, this role is built for you.
