Functional Responsibilities
Business Acquisition & Lead Conversion

Actively pitch the company’s logistics, transport, and freight services to potential corporate and individual clients.

Generate high-quality leads through a combination of cold calling, field visits, and digital outreach.

Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement and needs assessment to negotiation and final closing.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to maximize commission-based earnings.
Client Retention & Service Excellence

Develop and nurture long-term professional relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients.

Act as a logistical advisor, matching client needs with the most efficient warehousing or transport solutions.

Monitor service delivery in real-time to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Address client inquiries and feedback with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.
Brand Awareness & Market Intelligence

Participate in industry exhibitions, networking forums, and promotional events to elevate the company's brand profile.

Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research to stay ahead of logistics industry trends.

Assist in the creation of compelling marketing materials and corporate presentations.

Prepare meticulous weekly reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and client feedback.
Internal Coordination

Collaborate closely with the operations and dispatch teams to ensure that promises made to clients are delivered accurately.

Requirements & Competencies
Professional Background

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
