Job Description

Role Description

  • This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nairobi for a Human Resources Assistant. The Human Resources Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR department, contribute to HR management and operations, and assist in maintaining HRIS. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling employee records, coordinating benefits administration, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, and assisting in the organization and delivery of training programs. The role will require collaboration with team members to ensure compliance with internal policies and standards.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
  • Experience in HR Management and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Proficiency in Benefits Administration, including coordinating employee benefits and resolving related inquiries
  • Skills in organizing and facilitating Training programs for employees
  • Strong administrative and organizational abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively on-site and collaboratively with a team
  • Experience in ICT or technology-related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
