- Facilitate structured onboarding and induction programmes that quickly integrate new hires into company culture and role expectations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and HR filing systems in compliance with data protection and audit requirements.
- Support the annual performance management cycle, guiding managers through goal setting, mid-year reviews, and formal appraisals.
- Prepare regular HR reports and workforce analytics to inform headcount planning, turnover trends, and diversity metrics.
- Coordinate training logistics, track development budgets, and evaluate programme effectiveness to build staff capabilities.
- Handle employee relations issues, including grievances, investigations, and disciplinary hearings, with a focus on fair process and documentation.
- Assist with payroll preparation by verifying attendance, leave balances, and statutory deductions in line with Kenyan labour laws.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a closely related field.
- Minimum three years of progressive HR experience, ideally within a consulting or professional services environment.
- Current IHRM membership in good standing and a completed CHRP qualification.

- Proven ability to use HRIS platforms for data management and reporting, plus strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Hands-on experience in recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, policy development, and payroll administration.

- Strong problem-solving ability, time management, and meticulous attention to detail, backed by professional integrity and discretion.
