Job Description

Role Overview

  • We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to support and manage core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews)
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Coordinate onboarding and staff training programs
  • Support development and implementation of HR policies
  • Handle employee relations and provide HR guidance
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Assist in performance management and appraisals
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • CHRP Finalist
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an HR role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
