Huber Capital Dubai Real Estate is seeking a motivated and experienced HR Specialist to join its growing team in Dubai. The successful candidate will support the company’s human resources operations by managing recruitment activities, assisting with employee engagement, and ensuring efficient HR processes. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of an ambitious and expanding organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.

• Support employee relations and contribute to maintaining a positive workplace culture.

• Support daily HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

• Experience in human resources and recruitment.

• Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
