Description:

A well-established e-commerce company in Dubai is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Recruiter Admin to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment activities along with handling essential HR administrative tasks efficiently and independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Handle both bulk hiring requirements and specialized/niche role recruitment.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and timelines.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and HR records.
• Perform core HR administrative duties and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Utilize advanced MS Excel skills for reporting, tracking, and HR analytics.
• Manage multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant UAE experience in HR or recruitment.
• Proven track record in recruitment (both volume and specialized hiring).
• Strong command of MS Excel (mandatory requirement).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Candidate must currently be available in the UAE.

Working Hours:

• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• 6 days per week
