Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking motivated and customer-focused professionals to join its award-winning sales and marketing team as a Virtual Tour Desk Specialist. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, an outgoing personality, and an interest in hospitality, customer service, and vacation ownership solutions.
The successful candidate will support sales and marketing operations, assist guests, manage administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, and help coordinate vacation ownership tour experiences. Candidates should be flexible with working assigned shifts based on business needs, including schedules that may extend into late evening hours.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to sales and marketing teams through daily office operations.
• Manage emails, records, documents, databases, and electronic filing systems.
• Receive, record, and communicate messages accurately and professionally.
• Prepare information packages, brochures, promotional materials, and sales-related documents.
• Verify guest eligibility requirements before scheduling vacation ownership tours.
• Record and report package sales and tour information to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate databases, spreadsheets, and sales activity records.
• Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify sales-related information including leads, commissions, and third-party details.
• Support customer interactions while maintaining professional communication standards.
• Follow company policies, protect confidential information, and maintain professional conduct.
Requirements:
• Open availability and scheduling flexibility to work assigned shifts seven days per week based on business needs.
• Ability to work schedules that may extend up to 10:00 PM PST / 1:00 AM EST.
• Residence in Florida, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, or South Carolina is preferred.
• Previous administrative experience in a remote or hybrid work environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work professionally with guests, team members, and management.
