eSol Global is looking for an experienced Business Analyst – Payments & Integrations to join its team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in payment systems, banking integrations, and financial technology solutions, with hands-on experience in UAE banking environments.
The successful candidate will analyze payment processes, gather business requirements, support integration projects, and collaborate with technology teams to deliver efficient payment solutions. Candidates with experience in SWIFT, H2H integrations, and UAE payment ecosystems are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for payment integration projects.
• Review existing payment processes and define system integration requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with technology teams during integration design and implementation.
• Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-production issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
• Strong UAE Banking experience.
• Hands-on experience with H2H (Host-to-Host) integration.
• Strong experience with SWIFT FileAct integration.
• Good understanding of payment ecosystems, including:
• SWIFT.
• FTS.
• AANI.
• Experience with TAS and RERA integrations.
• Strong understanding of payment flows, transaction processing, and system integrations.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Payment systems and financial integrations.
• Business requirement documentation.
• Banking processes and transaction workflows.
