Trade247 is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & People Operations Specialist to join its growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an HR professional with solid UAE experience who enjoys managing a wide range of people operations and taking ownership of day-to-day HR activities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, and compliance with UAE employment regulations. Experience within the trading, forex, financial services, or fintech sector will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Handle employee relations and provide support on day-to-day HR matters.
• Coordinate onboarding, performance management, and people operations processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.
• Support HR administration and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of UAE HR experience.
• Practical knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE processes.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Experience in the trading, forex, financial services, or fintech industry is a strong advantage.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities independently.
• Strong knowledge of:
• UAE Labour Law and MOHRE procedures
• Recruitment and onboarding processes
• Employee relations, HR administration, and performance management
