The selected candidate will play a key role in handling day-to-day HR functions, supporting workforce management, and maintaining structured HR practices within a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily HR operations and administrative activities across the organization
• Ensure all HR processes comply with UAE Labour Law and internal company policies
• Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding procedures
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Coordinate with PROs regarding visa processing, labor cards, and other government-related formalities
