An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced HR Operations Manager to join a growing organization in the UAE. This role is ideal for a skilled HR professional with extensive knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, payroll administration, and UAE labor law compliance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations, maintaining compliance with employment regulations, improving HR processes, and supporting initiatives that enhance employee engagement and overall workplace efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
• Oversee payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate administration.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Develop and improve HR processes to increase operational efficiency.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain positive workplace relations.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of HR operations experience.
• GCC experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
