Description:
Salem Al Shuaibi Gold & Jewellery is looking for a skilled and experienced HR Officer to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for an HR professional with strong knowledge of UAE employment regulations and a passion for supporting people and organizational growth.
The selected candidate will oversee key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, and HR administration. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law while contributing to a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities
• Support payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies
• Prepare HR reports, employment letters, and administrative documents
• Assist with performance management and employee development initiatives
• Maintain accurate employee records and support daily HR operations
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience (UAE experience preferred)
• Arabic speaker (Jordanian candidates are especially encouraged to apply)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of:
• UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Recruitment, payroll support, and HR administratio
