HR Executive / HR Officer
Company: Best Doctor Home Healthcare
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 4,500 – 5,000 per month
About the Company
Best Doctor Home Healthcare is a licensed home healthcare provider in the UAE, delivering high-quality medical and nursing services at patients’ homes. We are expanding our operations and are looking for a dedicated HR professional to support our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for healthcare and non-healthcare roles (nurses, doctors, caregivers, physiotherapists, admin staff)
Coordinate with department heads on manpower requirements
Screen CVs, schedule interviews, and manage onboarding processes
Prepare and manage offer letters, contracts, and HR documentation
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Support DHA licensing coordination and staff credential documentation
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies
Assist with employee relations, grievance handling, and HR reporting
Support visa processing, renewals, and cancellations (coordination with PRO if applicable)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of HR experience (healthcare industry experience preferred)
Knowledge of UAE Labour Law
Experience in healthcare recruitment is a strong advantage
Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Arabic is a plus)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
