Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive, professional, and people-oriented HR Employee Relations Executive to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for an HR professional who is passionate about employee engagement, workplace culture, conflict resolution, policy compliance, and supporting employees throughout their employment journey.
As an HR Employee Relations Executive, you will play a key role in maintaining a positive work environment, supporting employee well-being, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering strong relationships between employees and management.

Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations & Workplace Support
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee relations matters.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues professionally and confidentially.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and support positive working relationships across the organization.
- Conduct employee meetings and follow-up discussions regarding workplace concerns.
Employee Engagement & Retention
- Support initiatives that promote employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
- Assist in planning employee recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and engagement activities.
- Monitor employee feedback and recommend improvements to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Performance & Conduct Management
- Support managers in handling disciplinary matters, investigations, and performance concerns.
- Prepare documentation related to warnings, performance improvement plans, and employee cases.
- Ensure disciplinary actions are handled fairly, consistently, and in accordance with company policies.
- Participate in investigations related to workplace misconduct and policy violations.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
- Assist with onboarding, probation reviews, transfers, promotions, and employee exits.
- Support audits and HR reporting requirements.
- Prepare HR correspondence, reports, and employee-related documentation.
Policy Administration
- Communicate HR policies, procedures, and updates to employees.
- Ensure employees understand company expectations and workplace standards.
- Recommend policy improvements based on employee feedback and operational needs.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, including employee relations responsibilities, in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Experience handling employee grievances, disciplinary cases, investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong report writing and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- HR Certification (CIPD, SHRM, PHR, or equivalent).
- Experience within service, healthcare, childcare, hospitality, or customer-focused industries.
- Experience using HRIS or HR management systems.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
