HR Executive

We are a fast-growing IoT & SaaS company expanding across the GCC. As part of our growth journey, we are looking for an HR Executive who will play a key role in building and scaling high-performing teams.

Role Overview

This is a recruitment-focused HR role, where a major portion of your responsibility will be to identify, attract, and hire top talent across departments. You will also support day-to-day HR operations based on business needs and management direction.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across Sales, Technical, Operations, and Support teams

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels

Screen and shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Ensure timely hiring aligned with business expansion across the GCC

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

HR Operations

Support onboarding, documentation, and employee record management

Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy

Assist in performance tracking and HR reporting

Execution & Support

Work closely with management on hiring plans and workforce requirements

Execute HR tasks and initiatives as directed by the reporting manager

Contribute to building a positive and performance-driven work culture

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

2–4 years of experience, with strong focus on recruitment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, scaling environment

Proactive, organized, and able to take ownership of tasks
