We are expanding our team at Xbeauty, a fast-growing beauty retail brand, and are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Business Partner to support our growing operations. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people management, employee engagement, and contributing to business growth through effective HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement effective HR strategies
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for retail operations
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and enhance workplace culture
• Assist in performance management and employee development programs
• Handle HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Support talent retention strategies and organizational development
• Work closely with management to address employee relations matters
• Contribute to building a strong, motivated, and high-performing workforce
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for business decision-making
