Description:
Dubai Sports City’s Food & Beverage division is dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards across its operations. As part of its expanding team, the organization is seeking a confident, well-presented, and customer-focused Hostess to join their hospitality team.
The Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests, playing a key role in creating a warm and welcoming environment while ensuring smooth front-of-house operations.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage reservations and ensure accurate seating arrangements
• Maintain smooth guest flow and optimize table seating during busy hours
• Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Maintain a polished appearance and positive attitude at all times
• Deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Strong multitasking skills including guest handling, reservations, and coordination
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining service standards
• Previous experience in a similar hospitality or F&B role is required
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential
