The café is looking for passionate Back-of-House professionals across various culinary positions. This is an exciting opportunity for hospitality experts who want to be part of a prestigious opening team and contribute to creating a memorable guest experience from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and deliver high-quality food and beverage offerings according to brand standards
• Support kitchen operations during the pre-opening and daily service periods
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, presentation, and consistency
• Work closely with chefs and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations
• Assist in menu preparation, food production, and service execution
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient working environment
• Follow food safety standards and company procedures
Requirements:
• Previous experience in hospitality, preferably within fine dining environments
• Experience relevant to the applied culinary position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of:
• Kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
• Food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
• Fine dining service expectations and teamwork
• Positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
