A leading Destination Management Company (DMC) in Dubai is seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to join its growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with a proven track record in holiday sales and travel operations who are dedicated to delivering exceptional travel experiences for both B2B and B2C clients.

Job Summary

The Holiday Sales & Operations Executive will be responsible for creating customized holiday packages, coordinating travel arrangements, handling client inquiries, and ensuring smooth travel operations from booking through completion. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle holiday package inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Design customized FIT, Group, and MICE holiday itineraries.
• Coordinate hotel bookings, airport transfers, sightseeing tours, visa assistance, and other travel services.
• Prepare quotations, booking confirmations, travel vouchers, and related travel documents.
• Liaise with hotels, transport providers, attractions, and other suppliers to secure competitive rates.
• Ensure timely booking confirmations and accurate travel documentation.
• Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues before and during travel.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and corporate clients.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain booking records, MIS reports, and follow company SOPs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 2–5 Years of Experience in Holiday Sales & Operations with a Travel Company or DMC.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a Related Field (Preferred).
• Good knowledge of Dubai, UAE, and international holiday destinations.
• Experience handling FIT, Group, and customized holiday packages.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel reservation/CRM systems.
• Strong knowledge of FIT & Group Holiday Packages, MICE Travel, Travel Reservation & CRM Systems, Holiday Sales & Operations.
