Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily departmental operations based on assigned role
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
• Manage documentation, reporting, and data entry tasks
• Assist in order processing, shipment tracking, or procurement activities
• Ensure smooth communication between departments and clients
• Maintain accurate records and support operational efficiency
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (minimum 13+ years of education)
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar coordination role
• Strong English communication skills (mandatory)
• Ability to work in a structured and fast-paced environment
• Willingness to relocate and reside in company-provided accommodation
• Prior experience in printing, packaging, logistics, or sales support is an advantage
