Description:
The Lab Holding is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Procurement to join its growing hospitality group in the UAE. This leadership role is ideal for procurement professionals with a strong background in sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiations within a fast-paced business environment.
The successful candidate will lead procurement operations, develop effective purchasing strategies, and ensure the organization receives the best value while maintaining quality standards. You will collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to support operational excellence across the hospitality business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee procurement operations across the organization
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to improve efficiency and cost savings
• Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with suppliers and vendors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners
• Monitor procurement performance and ensure timely purchasing activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement best practices
• Support business objectives through effective sourcing and supplier management
