Front Office Executive / Patient Relations Executive

Sabah Al Noor Medical Centre is currently hiring a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive cum Patient Relations Executive to join its healthcare facility in Sharjah. This role is ideal for candidates with prior healthcare experience who excel in patient interaction, front desk coordination, and administrative support. The selected candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming environment while maintaining efficient front office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage front desk operations, appointments, and patient inquiries
• Handle patient relations activities and ensure a positive patient experience
• Coordinate with medical and administrative staff for smooth daily operations
• Maintain accurate patient records and front office documentation
• Address patient concerns and support service quality standards

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the healthcare sector
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory
• Must be currently based in the UAE
• Available to join immediately
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
