Farm Coordinator/Accommodation Supervisor – Abu Dhabi
We are hiring a Farm Coordinator cum Accommodation Supervisor to manage and oversee daily operations of employee accommodation at our farm facility. The role includes supervising housekeeping/maintenance, resolving resident issues, coordinating with farm teams, and maintaining accurate workers’ timesheets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee staff accommodation cleanliness, safety, and daily operations.
- Conduct facility inspections and coordinate maintenance/repairs.
- Manage room allocations, occupancy lists, and inventory.
- Maintain and update workers’ timesheets.
- Communicate with palace guards, suppliers, and multicultural staff.
- Handle resident concerns, enforce accommodation rules, and ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise cleaning/maintenance staff.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 – 4 years’ experience in accommodation or facility supervision.
- Basic communication in Arabic, English, and Urdu/Hindi.
- Strong personality with leadership and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Ability to manage large accommodation groups (100+ workers).
- Good organizational and reporting skills.
