Role Overview
You will take the lead on planning, launching, and optimising paid media campaigns across Google and Meta, while also supporting SEO initiatives that bring organic traffic to our digital properties. - Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook and Instagram), including audience segmentation, ad copy, and creative testing.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to refine account structure, bidding strategies, and ad messaging.
- Implement on-page SEO improvements such as metadata, internal linking, and content gap analysis to boost organic rankings.
- Use web analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Looker Studio) to monitor performance, build dashboards, and deliver weekly performance reports to stakeholders.
- Run A/B tests on landing pages, ad variations, and CTAs to continually improve conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign budgets and pacing, making day-to-day adjustments to avoid overspend and capture high-performing opportunities.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure alignment between ad creative, landing page messaging, and SEO targets.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts, including budget management, bid optimisation, and performance reporting.
- Demonstrable experience with SEO tools and techniques, from keyword research to on-page optimisation, with a working knowledge of search engine ranking factors.
- A professional marketing campaign portfolio that shows past campaign performance, your specific role, and measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in analytics platforms and the ability to turn raw data into clear recommendations.
- Google Ads and/or HubSpot certifications are preferred, along with a certificate or accredited course in digital marketing.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a digital marketing role, ideally with a mix of paid search, paid social, and SEO exposure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting campaign results to non-specialist stakeholders.
