Role Overview
As a Sales Executive with Kimisitu Investment Company PLC (KICL), you will be the first point of contact for buyers exploring the company's real estate developments, guiding them from initial interest through to a completed purchase. Day to day, you will source and qualify leads, present property options, coordinate site visits, and keep clients engaged throughout a sales cycle that depends on trust and consistent follow-through. This role is central to KICL's growth: without a steady flow of new business and disciplined client management, the company's real estate projects cannot reach the buyers they are built for.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for new business by researching the market, networking, and identifying potential buyers and investor clients.
- Market and sell KICL's real estate developments, matching specific properties to each client's needs and budget.
- Build a lead pipeline using outbound calls, digital channels, referrals, and field activations, then maintain disciplined follow-up until each prospect either converts or is ruled out.
- Deliver client presentations and arrange property and site visits that give buyers a clear, compelling view of what is on offer.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with both existing clients and new prospects, keeping KICL top of mind for future purchases.
- Support clients at every stage of the buying process, from first enquiry through documentation and completion.
- Work toward and consistently achieve the monthly sales targets set for the role.
- Represent KICL at sales activations, expos, open days, and other marketing events as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales role; a background in real estate, property, banking, insurance, or a comparable sector is preferred.
- A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent customer relationship management abilities.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and AI tools is an added advantage.
- Energetic and self-motivated, with the resilience to perform well in a target-driven environment.
Why Join KICL
KICL is a growing team, and this position places you at the centre of its real estate sales effort. If you are passionate about property, enjoy building client relationships, and want a role where results are measured clearly, this could be the right fit.
