This position is ideal for a finance professional with proven leadership capabilities and extensive experience within the exchange services sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing customer relationships, and leading branch staff to achieve operational excellence. This role requires a strong understanding of exchange house regulations and the ability to maintain high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch.
• Ensure compliance with exchange house regulations and internal policies.
• Lead, supervise, and support branch staff to achieve business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Monitor operational performance and implement improvements where necessary.
• Ensure high standards of service delivery and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
• Graduate qualification in Finance or Business is mandatory.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role within an exchange house is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, compliance, and operational management skills.
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Exchange house regulatory knowledge is mandatory.
