Role Overview
As a Junior Full Stack Developer, you’ll contribute to web and mobile products across the user interface, server-side services, and data layer. Working alongside senior developers, you’ll help build and maintain features that connect these parts reliably, while developing your skills through hands-on collaboration and feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and improve front-end experiences and the backend services that support them.
- Build and maintain APIs and RESTful services using Node.js and Express.js.
- Work with MongoDB to store, retrieve, and manage application data efficiently and securely.
- Contribute to Android and iOS app development and help deliver useful mobile experiences.
- Work on code written in PHP and Python as project needs require.
- Integrate external APIs and help ensure connected services exchange data correctly.
- Use Git branches, commits, and pull requests to collaborate on changes.
- Investigate defects, fix their underlying causes, and help keep the codebase reliable and maintainable.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, Angular, and the fundamentals of full stack development.
- Experience using MongoDB and understanding core NoSQL database concepts.
- Experience building Android and iOS applications, or a strong readiness to contribute to mobile development.
- Familiarity with PHP and Python, with the ability to work across both languages.
- Practical experience with Git-based workflows, including branches and pull requests.
- Ability to diagnose technical issues, evaluate solutions, and write clear, maintainable code.
- Understanding of API integration and how application components communicate.
- Personal projects or open-source contributions are welcome as evidence of practical skills. No specific education or minimum years of experience are stated.
