- Monitor individual and team KPIs, providing clear analysis to support performance discussions and commercial planning.
- Clean, standardize, and reconcile CRM records; identify duplicates, missing information, inactive accounts, and other data issues, and refer them to the appropriate commercial colleagues for correction.
- Build and maintain customer segments using factors such as purchasing frequency, account value, product interests, location, and account type; share approved segments with Digital Marketing for campaigns and outreach.
- Analyse customer portfolios and buying behaviour to help Customer Care and Business Development teams prioritize accounts.
- Track stock movement by category, flag fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving products, and prepare movement reports and demand forecasts to inform import planning.
- Report on stock liquidation initiatives and maintain clear management dashboards; respond to ad-hoc analysis requests, acknowledging them within two hours and delivering within 24 hours unless a different timeline is agreed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- One to three years of experience in data analysis; experience supporting sales or commercial teams is preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, working knowledge of SQL, and proficiency with at least one business intelligence or reporting platform, such as Power BI or Tableau.

- Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and practical experience with data cleaning, standardization, and segmentation.
- Ability to explain findings clearly to non-technical colleagues and present data in accessible, decision-ready formats.
